TRACKING

Please note that you can track your order for an Estimated Time of Arrival from Australia Post website (for Australia and New Zealand customers) and DHL Express website (for U.S.A, Europe and Asia customers).

 DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Please note that you will need to request to sign for your order, otherwise your order will be left without signature.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Please note that orders cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.

 PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

All orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If any items in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for those items. If applicable, we may also give you the option of waiting for us to ship the items once new stock arrives.

 CUSTOMS FEES AND DUTIES

Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.

 RETURNS

We have two options for you to return your item/s - Automatic return & Manual return.

AUTOMATIC RETURN

The simplest way to return your items is using our automatic returns system.
1. Login to your Basix Apparel account 
2. Select 'Completed orders'
3. You will then see a list of all your orders. Select 'Return Item(s)' above the item you would like to return
4. Complete the returns form and your return request is complete! 
5. You will then receive a Confirmation Email letting you know that your request has been submitted to us. We will assess your request within 3 business days and then send you an Authorisation email with all the instructions for sending your items back to us. 

MANUAL RETURN

If you don't have a Basix Apparel account simply complete our manual returns form and return it to us with your items. We will assess your request and confirm if it is accepted via email. Download our Manual Returns form here

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, complete our Automatic Returns process or send us an email at returns@basixapparel.com.au

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2/2 Hayes Street, Neutral Bay 2089, NSW, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
